Refund Policy 

Returns

You can raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the bill/invoice.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized products, innerwear, cosmetics, or clearance sale items are not eligible for return/refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and verify your returned product, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed through bank transfer/UPI.

Exchange

Size or color exchange is possible only if the requested variant is available.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days, please check with your bank/UPI provider.
